Shipping policy

ArcHive Studio currently sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping fee should be charged.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, the customer receives an email containing access to the purchased download. Delivery is normally prompt, although payment review, fraud screening, email-provider delays, or technical maintenance can occasionally delay access.

If your download email does not arrive, confirm the email address used at checkout and check spam, junk, and promotions folders. Then contact Giovanni@archivestudio.biz with your order number for assistance.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their purchased files. Availability may be subject to the download access settings stated with the product or order.
